In a decade of service, we encountered a mistake that we had never made before – loading the wrong container. The container had already made its way to the Guangzhou Nansha Terminal, ready for shipment.
Face the major mistake, our team rallied to prevent further losses to our customer.

On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, our sales manager and dedicated team members embarked on a nearly 100-kilometer journey to the Nansha Freight Terminal. They encountered heavy traffic due to the national holiday, but their determination never wavered. Finally, they reached the terminal and began the meticulous process of unloading the wrong container and reinstalling the dental chair into the correct one.
Our colleagues worked tirelessly through the night, and it wasn’t until 4 a.m. the next morning that they successfully rectified the situation. The journey was long, and the work was tedious, but for us, the satisfaction of our customers is paramount.
What truly touched us was the gratitude expressed by our customer for our efforts to make things right. Despite the mistake not being caused by our company, we went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Our commitment to providing exceptional service was noticed and appreciated.
