Quality is the core that we always adhere to, we will not lower our quality just because we want to win the order. So, we have strict quality control on before production, during production and finished products.

Lead time depends on the order quantity, it’s about 7 days for LCL order while about 20 days for container orders.

The main payment term is by TT, 30% deposit, the balance is before shipment. We can also accept payment of L/C at sight or Alibaba trade assurance depends on the actual order quantity

You can choose the item you like from our catalogue or, you can let us know your budget, color and other actual requirement, then we can provide you a configuration solution for your reference. After the confirmation of all details and received the deposit payment, we will start the production immediately.

Shipment way depends on the quanity: for small batch order, client usually to go by LCL shipment or by air (if urgent); for container order, shipment by sea is the most common way and railway transportation is also an option for some inland countries. As we’ve been in overseas business for more than 18 years, we can provide you information of shipping cost for consideraton from our long term cooperative shipping forwarder.

Welcome to visit our factory, we are located in Foshan City, quite near from Guangzhou. When you arrive in Guangzhou airport, you can take a taxi or metro to Foshan directly, just about 45 minutes.

Yes, you need to pay for the import tax when do the custom clearance in your country. We can help to provide more import information for your reference if you need it.

Standard configuration include dentist stool, dental light, foot pedal, handpiece tube etc, optional is air compressor, scaler, curing light, handpiece, intra oral camera, bleaching unit etc.

We have 2 series including 7 different models: KLT6210-N1, N2, M1, S3, and KLT6220-S6, S9, A3. A3 is our ROSON flagship model in 2023. Down type, top mounted and trolley are available.
