Abstract: ROSON Medical recently hosted a significant industry exchange with a high-level delegation from the World Stomatological Organization (WSO). Led by Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, Datuk Seri Cheng Fook Chong, Chairman Hou Jinquan, and Ms. Aisha Ahmed, the delegation, accompanied by their partners, made a special visit to the company. This event not only served as recognition of ROSON’s achievements in the field of dental equipment but also established an important bridge for in-depth dialogue and exploring the future of the industry together.

I. Tour of the Exhibition Hall: Showcasing ROSON’s Vision

To welcome the distinguished guests, Mr. Chen Shi, Chairman of ROSON Medical, President of the Foshan Stomatological Equipment Industry Association, and appointed Industrial Consultant for the Foshan dental equipment sector, along with department managers, extended a warm welcome to the WSO delegation and accompanied them throughout the tour and exchange.

Inside the ROSON Product Experience Center, Chairman Chen Shi, reflecting on the company’s over 20-year development journey, introduced the delegation to ROSON’s evolution from early technological exploration to its current deep industry expertise. He highlighted the construction of its core product matrix, the expansion of its global customer base, and its efforts in driving the technological advancement of Foshan’s local dental equipment industry.

Mr. Wang Daiping, Deputy General Manager and Head of Product Development at ROSON, elaborated on products displayed in the hall, such as dental chairs, air compressors, and light-curing devices. He supplemented the introduction with insights into product development, technological innovation, and market services, emphasizing ROSON’s accumulated experience and breakthroughs in the dental equipment field. The delegation listened attentively, frequently posing questions about product development cycles and evolving market demands, fostering a lively and harmonious exchange.

II. Immersive Experience: Demonstrating Smart Manufacturing Strength

Next, the WSO delegation visited the ROSON Digital Factory to observe the complete production process of dental equipment. In the paperless workshop, each production line operated in an orderly manner, with a digital management system displaying real-time production data. Employees used smart inspection equipment to ensure precise control at every stage. The delegation moved slowly along the production lines, pausing occasionally to observe the equipment in operation.

During the tour, delegation members raised questions about the operation of the digital systems and the rigor of the inspection processes. Mr. Xi Guisong, Deputy General Manager and Head of Production Management, addressed each query in detail, explaining the MES system used in the factory. He emphasized that ROSON has established a fully traceable system, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring every step is documented and verifiable. This guarantees consistent and reliable product quality, meeting the standards of both domestic and international markets.

After the explanations, the WSO delegation highly commended the digital management level and standardized production processes of the workshop. They noted that these modern production scenes were highly representative, not only fully demonstrating ROSON’s robust smart manufacturing capabilities but also vividly reflecting the intelligent and standardized development of Foshan’s dental equipment industry. This provided them with a clear and profound understanding of the high-quality production standards in China’s dental equipment sector.

Following the tour, both sides engaged in a lively and in-depth discussion on core issues in the dental equipment field. Topics ranged from technological R&D and production management to quality control and market applications, each addressing current industry pain points and aligning closely with the practical needs of future development.

During the exchange, Chairman Chen Shi, representing ROSON, shared the company’s practical experiences in R&D investment, production management, and quality control, as well as insights from Chinese enterprises “going global.” In his role as President of the Foshan Stomatological Equipment Industry Association, he also introduced the association’s plans and achievements in integrating industrial resources, building communication platforms, and promoting international cooperation among enterprises.

The WSO delegation actively contributed ideas, bringing cutting-edge perspectives and advanced concepts from the global stomatology field. Through this exchange of ideas, both sides reached multiple consensuses. They agreed that China’s dental equipment industry, particularly industrial clusters represented by Foshan, holds strong complementary potential with Malaysia’s dental sector.
