01. What aspects of the Roson dental chair caught your attention at first glance?

Director Xie: First, of course, the color and appearance of the chair—that’s everyone’s first impression! This chair has a neutral tone that feels comfortable, leaving a very positive first impression.

The chair’s functions are also quite comprehensive. As a daily diagnostic tool, having complete features makes clinical operations much more convenient.

But one standout feature I find particularly great is the movable spittoon. With some international brands I’ve used before, when patients need to spit, the spittoon isn’t easy to adjust, so they end up struggling to rinse or clean. This often leads to their clothes getting dirty. So, this feature is very thoughtful.

02. Do you think the Roson dental chair meets the high standards of your hospital’s equipment requirements?

Director Xie: At Sansan Dental Clinic, we use Roson’s high-end series. In daily use, I think it fulfills all the essential requirements for a dental chair—not only is it aesthetically pleasing and fully functional, but it’s also cost-effective.

Director Xie: As far as I know, Roson has been around for 20 years, right? That gives us extra peace of mind because your spare parts, after-sales service, and all pre-installation support must be well-established—after all, you have rich experience!

If we encounter minor issues in clinical practice, you’re always available for phone/video consultations, correct?

Additionally, we can quickly communicate face-to-face with Roson’s Chengdu-based dealers or request on-site service. This is a strong and reliable safeguard for our daily operations!

04. Is the Roson dental chair user-friendly in daily practice?

Director Xie: When I first arrived, I had no prior experience with this chair, but the control panel’s design logic is very intuitive. Frequently used functions, like reclining or sitting up, are easy to understand—I could operate them without guidance, which is a big plus.

Another thing is the heated air-water syringe, which greatly enhances treatment comfort.

Also, the smart interactive oral lamp is excellent, offering multiple modes. At Sansan Dental, we frequently perform veneers and aesthetic restorations, and the lamp’s anti-curing wavelength is ideal for our daily use.

05. What is the biggest advantage of Roson’s dental chairs compared to other brands?

Director Xie: I know Roson’s slogan is “Empowering Dentists to Excel!” So, many details in your chairs stand out to us. Most chairs on the market have similar core functionalities—enough for daily use.

But what impresses me is Roson’s micro-electrolytic disinfection feature. Traditional chairs require strong-smelling disinfectants like hypochlorite, which take time to clean and leave lingering odors. Previously, end-of-day cleaning was time-consuming, and we couldn’t control the cleanliness of incoming water—only the discharged water.

So, the concept of micro-electrolytic disinfection is both innovative and appealing to me. This, I believe, is what sets Roson apart from other brands.

06. What are your expectations or suggestions for Roson’s future technological upgrades?

Director Xie: I follow Roson’s video channel and noticed your participation in Germany’s IDS and the Western China Dental Show. You must have brought back many new ideas, which is exciting!

Additionally, I’m very curious to see how domestic dental chairs can further enhance patient comfort and improve operational experiences for doctors. I look forward to seeing breakthroughs in this area!
