Roson’s 30 Top-Tier Dental Chairs Installed at Nanning Stomatological Hospital

Summary: Recently, 30 dental units of Roson’s A3 model were officially installed in the specialist clinics of the public Nanning Stomatological Hospital in Guangxi province. As a highly influential public stomatological medical institution within the region, the hospital’s choice of Roson Medical signifies high recognition of Roson’s product quality and technical strength. It also marks a joint effort to upgrade diagnostic and treatment hardware, providing citizens with safer, more efficient, and comfortable dental care, thereby jointly promoting the development of regional oral health services.

I. Flexible Production: Efficient Delivery Through Rational Planning

In this project with Nanning Stomatological Hospital, the Roson Medical team fully demonstrated strong cohesion and professional execution. Facing the challenge of a tight delivery schedule, Roson’s digital production workshop operated three production lines at full capacity to advance the customized production of the A3 chairs. By optimizing scheduling and enabling parallel multi-line production, they ensured every unit completed manufacturing and quality inspection as planned, achieving successful on-time delivery.

II. Installation & Commissioning: Precise Implementation Through Close Coordination

To ensure the hospital could commence operations as scheduled, the Roson Medical engineering team completed the installation and commissioning of all 30 dental chairs within just two days. During installation, they meticulously calibrated equipment parameters item by item, ensuring the functionality of the dental chair, oral lights, integrated infrared and gravity dual-sensor water supply systems, and the EOW-TECH micro-electrolysis disinfection system met standards. They rigorously carried out inspections and adjustments for the water, electrical control, and pneumatic systems throughout the process. Furthermore, considering the hospital’s overall layout and specialized departments like Pediatric Dentistry and the Digital-Stomatology Diagnosis and Treatment Center, they optimized the equipment placement and workflow in each treatment room. This ensures the chairs precisely match the operational needs of different procedures in practical use, maximizing suitability for various clinical scenarios.

III. Training & Empowerment: Mastering Intelligent Device Operation

Simultaneously, operational training for medical staff was conducted. The Roson Medical engineers employed a model combining hands-on instruction and scenario-based drills, helping the experienced medical team quickly familiarize themselves with the intelligent operations of the flagship A3 chairs. This ensured the smooth commencement of clinical work immediately after device activation.

Additionally, focusing on core operations like chair position adjustment and parameter setting, the team provided specialized instructions tailored to different dental procedures such as cleaning, fillings, and extractions. This included one-touch disinfection methods, daily maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques for the chairs. This training not only helps medical staff master essential device operations and improve clinical efficiency, enabling them to provide more professional and reassuring patient care, but also helps maximize the service life of the dental chairs.

IV. Service Closure: Continuous Support for Sustained Operation

For this project, the Roson team applied its full-link service capabilities throughout: from order confirmation, customized production, and on-site deployment to equipment commissioning and operational training. Every step was guided by client needs, forming a closed-loop, synergistic process adapted to the full workflow.

Following successful delivery, considering long-term maintenance and support needs, Roson simultaneously established a comprehensive after-sales service system. This includes creating dedicated one-on-one after-sales response groups for the hospital, enabling rapid 7×12-hour demand response and efficient issue resolution, leveraging professional technical expertise to address various equipment problems promptly. Furthermore, they implemented regular inspection visits and annual maintenance plans to identify potential device risks proactively. This service commitment, covering the product’s entire lifecycle, provides lasting support for the stable operation of the hospital’s clinical activities.

V. Benchmark Cooperation: Jointly Opening a New Chapter of High-Quality Development

Finally, we extend our sincere gratitude once again to Nanning Stomatological Hospital for their trust and choice of Roson Medical. This recognition is deeply valued by us. With the official commissioning of the 30 flagship A3 chairs, this cooperation is not only a practical instance of Roson assisting the hospital’s launch but also stands as another benchmark case of our collaborative efforts with public hospitals to build a foundation for high-quality diagnosis and treatment.

Today, Roson Medical has progressively entered numerous key public hospitals across the country. From leading regional dental institutions to dental departments within comprehensive Grade A Tertiary hospitals, our products and services are continuously integrating into more public healthcare scenarios, becoming a reliable partner for public hospitals, enhancing their diagnostic and treatment hardware capabilities.

Looking ahead, we will use this cooperation as a link to continually accumulate clinical practical experience, iterating our products and upgrading our services in close alignment with the needs of public healthcare. Leveraging the experience gained from collaborations with numerous public hospitals, we will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with medical staff to safeguard public oral health. We aim not only to empower individual institutions to improve the quality of their diagnosis and treatment but also to contribute to building a more efficient, standardized, and high-quality diagnostic and treatment ecosystem within the entire public dental healthcare system, jointly opening a new chapter of high-quality development for the industry.

Nanning Stomatological Hospital

Newly inaugurated and operational in August 2025 as a public Grade III specialized stomatological hospital, Nanning Stomatological Hospital originates from the former Nanning Stomatological Medical Center, which had 30 years of foundational experience. It is a sub-project of the National Demonstration Project for Public Hospital Reform and High-Quality Development. The hospital implements homogeneous management across its two campuses, Chaoyang and Binhu, operating as “one hospital with two locations”. It is equipped with over a hundred intelligent dental chairs and digital diagnosis and treatment systems. Focusing on the oral health needs of “the young and the old,” it serves as the lead unit for the Nanning City Primary and Secondary School Students’ Pit and Fissure Sealing Project and also acts as a base for geriatric oral health education.
