\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u6e90\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u5b83\u662f\u73b0\u4ee3\u7259\u79d1\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e3a\u7259\u79d1\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u751f\u7269\u819c\u80cc\u540e\u79d1\u5b66\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u6307\u5357\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u751f\u7269\u819c\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5f62\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u5bf9\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u9020\u6210\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a7\u5236\u751f\u7269\u819c\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u4ece\u7406\u8bba\u5230\u4ee5\u8bc1\u636e\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u5b9e\u7528\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u654c\u4eba\u662f\u6218\u80dc\u5b83\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1.\u751f\u7269\u819c\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\uff1a\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7c98\u6db2<\/h3>\n<p>\u751f\u7269\u819c\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u9644\u7740\u5728\u7269\u4f53\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u81ea\u5df1\u5305\u88f9\u5728\u4e00\u5c42\u9ecf\u7cca\u7cca\u7684\u80de\u5916\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff08EPS\uff09\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c42\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u7531\u7cd6\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u548c DNA \u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u57fa\u8d28\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u4e2a\u9632\u62a4\u7f69\uff0c\u4f7f\u5d4c\u5165\u7684\u7ec6\u83cc\u5bf9\u5316\u5b66\u6d88\u6bd2\u5242\u7684\u62b5\u6297\u529b\u6bd4\u81ea\u7531\u6f02\u6d6e\uff08\u6d6e\u6e38\uff09\u7684\u7ec6\u83cc\u9ad8\u51fa 1000 \u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7259\u79d1\u8bbe\u5907\u6c34\u7ba1\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7fa4\u843d\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8fd1\u4e4e\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u6816\u606f\u5730\u3002\u7a84\u5b54\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u5185\u5f84\u901a\u5e38\u53ea\u6709 1-3 \u6beb\u7c73\uff0c\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u4e0e\u5bb9\u79ef\u6bd4\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u4e3a\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u9644\u7740\u548c\u5b9a\u690d\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u9694\u591c\u548c\u75c5\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u505c\u6ede\u671f\u3001\u73af\u5883\u5ba4\u6e29\u4ee5\u53ca\u6e90\u6c34\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u8425\u517b\u4f9b\u5e94\uff0c\u5c31\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u5b75\u5316\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\u751f\u7269\u819c\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u56db\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5<\/h4>\n<p>\u751f\u7269\u819c\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u3001\u591a\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<strong>\u521d\u59cb\u9644\u4ef6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6e90\u6c34\u4e2d\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u6d6e\u6e38\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u4f1a\u4e0e\u6c34\u7ebf\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u5185\u8868\u9762\u53d1\u751f\u53ef\u9006\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u63a5\u89e6\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u8f6c\u7684\u9644\u7740\u529b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5f00\u59cb\u66f4\u6301\u4e45\u5730\u56fa\u5b9a\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5fae\u83cc\u843d\uff0c\u5e76\u5411\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec6\u83cc\u53d1\u51fa\u52a0\u5165\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>\u6210\u719f\u671f\uff1a<\/strong> \u57fa\u8d28\u3002\u751f\u7269\u819c\u5185\u5f62\u6210\u590d\u6742\u7684\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5faa\u73af\u6c34\u3001\u517b\u5206\u548c\u5e9f\u7269\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u5f39\u6027\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u72b6\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>\u6269\u6563\uff1a<\/strong> auto;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u79cd\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4ec5\u4ec5\u901a\u8fc7\u7ba1\u9053\u51b2\u6c34\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u6e05\u9664\u5df2\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u83cc\u7fa4\u3002\u5168\u9762\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsroson.com\/zh\/blogs\/fsroson\/dental-waterline-management-biofilm\/\">\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u7259\u79d1\u6cbb\u7597\u6905\u6c34\u7ebf\u7ba1\u7406<\/a> \u8fd9\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8981\u6253\u7834\u8fd9\u79cd\u5faa\u73af\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u91c7\u53d6\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2.\u5c45\u6c11\uff1a\u675c\u4f0a\u5a01\u52d2\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6982\u51b5<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728 DUWL \u4e0a\u5b9a\u690d\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5f02\u517b\u6c34\u4f53\u7ec6\u83cc\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7ec6\u83cc\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u4f1a\u7ed9\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u4f4e\u4e0b\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u5de8\u5927\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6c34\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\u5316\u4f7f\u7259\u79d1\u56e2\u961f\u9762\u4e34\u957f\u671f\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u7814\u7a76 rel=\"nofollow\">\u533b\u5b66\u6742\u5fd7<\/a>\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5206\u79bb\u751f\u7269\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<em><strong>\u94dc\u7eff\u5047\u5355\u80de\u83cc\uff1a<\/strong><\/em> \u4e00\u79cd\u4ee5\u5728\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4e2d\u5f15\u8d77\u611f\u67d3\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u6027\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<em><strong>\u55dc\u80ba\u519b\u56e2\u83cc<\/strong><\/em> \u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u80ba\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7ec6\u83cc\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u5e02\u653f\u4f9b\u6c34\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u586b\u5145\u7259\u79d1\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u6c34\u74f6\u6216\u76f4\u63a5\u4f9b\u7ed9\u7259\u6905\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u8fdb\u5165\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5c31\u4f1a\u5f62\u6210\u751f\u7269\u819c\uff0c\u4e3a\u6d41\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6c34\u4e0d\u65ad\u64ad\u4e0b\u79cd\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u6d4b\u91cf\u751f\u7269\u819c\u6c61\u67d3<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e38\u89c1\u800c\u5371\u9669\u7684\u5047\u8bbe\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c34\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u6e05\u6f88\uff0c\u5c31\u4e00\u5b9a\u662f\u5e72\u51c0\u7684\u3002\u751f\u7269\u819c\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u662f\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6781\u9ad8\u65f6\u624d\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u660e\u663e\u7684\u6d51\u6d4a\u6216\u5f02\u5473\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba2\u89c2\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bc4\u4f30\u6c34\u7ebf\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6700\u53ef\u9760\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u5f02\u517b\u83cc\u5e73\u677f\u8ba1\u6570\uff08HPC\uff09\u5bf9\u6c34\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u91cf\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u4ece\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u6536\u96c6\u6c34\u6837\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06\u6c34\u6837\u9001\u81f3\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5242\u76d2\u6765\u786e\u5b9a\u6bcf\u6beb\u5347\u7684\u83cc\u843d\u5f62\u6210\u5355\u4f4d\u6570\uff08CFU\/mL\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8d28\u91cf\u4f53\u7cfb\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/regulatory-information\/search-fda-guidance-documents\/quality-system-regulation-medical-devices\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09<\/a>\u4fdd\u6301\u8d28\u91cf\u6807\u51c6\u662f\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u7d20\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7259\u79d1\u6c34\u7ba1\uff0c\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6c34\u9608\u503c\u662f\u4f4e\u4e8e
