\u5408\u89c4\u6027"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u5728\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u7259\u79d1\u533b\u7597\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u7259\u6905\u7edd\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u628a\u6905\u5b50\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u5f97\u8d77\u6bcf\u4e2a\u75c5\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5f3a\u5316\u5b66\u6d88\u6bd2\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u6301\u9632\u6b62\u4ea4\u53c9\u611f\u67d3\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8bca\u6240\u3001\u57f9\u8bad\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u5ba4\u5185\u88c5\u6f62\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f8e\u89c2\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206 <strong>\u7b26\u5408 ISO 13485 \u6807\u51c6<\/strong> \u548c\u611f\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u89c4\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e ISO 13485:2016 \u7684\u4e25\u683c\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u4ef6\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u8bc1\u59cb\u7ec8\u5982\u4e00\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u5728\u6807\u51c6\u6d88\u6bd2\u534f\u8bae\u4e0b\u5f00\u88c2\u3001\u5438\u6db2\u6216\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u6905\u57ab\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u65e0\u83cc\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u5ba1\u6838\u5931\u8d25\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u6750\u6599\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u5236\u9020\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6280\u672f\u4ea4\u53c9\u70b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u957f\u671f\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u7684\u7259\u79d1\u6905\u57ab\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u76d1\u7ba1\u73af\u5883\uff1a\u4e3a\u4f55\u5ba4\u5185\u88c5\u6f62\u5bf9 ISO 13485 \u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n<p>ISO 13485 \u662f\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u884c\u4e1a\u7279\u6709\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8be5\u6807\u51c6\u901a\u5e38\u4e0e\u5185\u90e8\u673a\u68b0\u6216\u8f6f\u4ef6\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u540c\u6837\u9002\u7528\u4e8e \"\u88ab\u52a8 \"\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u5982\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u8f6f\u57ab\u8868\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/59752.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">ISO 13485:2016 - \u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb<\/a>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5fc5\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u59cb\u7ec8\u7b26\u5408\u5ba2\u6237\u548c\u9002\u7528\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5c31\u7259\u79d1\u6905\u57ab\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e09\u9879\u4e0d\u5bb9\u5546\u91cf\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u6807\u51c6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<strong>\u751f\u7269\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> \u6750\u6599\u4e0e\u76ae\u80a4\u63a5\u89e6\u65f6\u4e0d\u5f97\u5f15\u8d77\u523a\u6fc0\u6216\u8fc7\u654f\u53cd\u5e94\uff08\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>\u6e05\u6d01\u6027<\/strong> \u8868\u9762\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u5f97\u8d77\u533b\u9662\u7ea7\u6d88\u6bd2\u5242\u7684\u53cd\u590d\u63a5\u89e6\u800c\u4e0d\u53d1\u751f\u964d\u89e3\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>\u6b63\u76f4\uff1a<\/strong> \u7ed3\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u9632\u6b62\u6db2\u4f53\u6e17\u5165\u6ce1\u6cab\u82af\u6750\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6ce1\u6cab\u82af\u6750\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\u7684\u50a8\u85cf\u5ba4\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u548c\u8bca\u6240\u7ecf\u7406\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c5e\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u628a\u6905\u5b50\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u8fd8\u5f88\u5e72\u51c0\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u5b63\u94f5\u5316\u5408\u7269\u6e05\u6d01\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\u540e\u5c31\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u5fae\u88c2\u7eb9\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8fd9\u628a\u6905\u5b50\u5c31\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a\u9690\u60a3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9075\u5b88\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6807\u51c6\u7b26\u5408 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/regulatory-information\/search-fda-guidance-documents\/quality-system-regulation-medical-devices\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 21 CFR \u7b2c 820 \u90e8\u5206<\/a>\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u9500\u552e\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5236\u5b9a\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u4f53\u7cfb\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u8bbe\u8ba1\u63a7\u5236\u8981\u8003\u8651\u5230\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u9884\u671f\u4f7f\u7528\u73af\u5883--\u5305\u62ec\u7259\u79d1\u624b\u672f\u5ba4\u4e25\u9177\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u73b0\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
